The Services are intended for individuals aged 16 or over who are seeking employment opportunities, and for employers or recruiters posting or managing job listings.
3. Your Account
You’re responsible for your account and how it’s used.
To access the Services, you must create an account and provide certain information, including your name, email address, and CV or equivalent profile information. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. How the Platform Works
We help match people to roles, but we don’t guarantee outcomes.
Aspo provides tools to discover, surface, and organise job opportunities. We may use automated or AI-assisted systems to classify and filter roles.
Where you choose to share your details with an employer or recruiter, that party will engage with you directly and will process your personal data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not guarantee that using the Services will result in employment, interviews, or offers.
5. Third-Party Content and Links
We show jobs from other sources, but we don’t control them.
The Services may display job listings, links, or content sourced from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party content.
Any interactions you have with third-party websites, employers, or recruiters are at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.
6. Fees and Payments
Some parts of Aspo are paid — typically when a successful placement happens.
Certain Services are provided on a paid basis, primarily to employers and recruiters. Fees, pricing structures, and payment terms will be communicated clearly before you incur any charges. Job seekers are not charged for using the Services unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Fees are typically payable upon a successful placement, as defined in your agreement with us or as otherwise specified during the relevant transaction.
Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once due and payable. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change pricing or introduce new fees, but any changes will not apply retroactively.
7. User Content
You own what you upload, but you allow us to use it to run the platform.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, such as CVs or profile information. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, store, and process it solely to provide, operate, and improve the Services.
8. Acceptable Use
Don’t misuse the platform or harm other users.
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Post misleading, harmful, or abusive content
- Attempt to interfere with the platform’s operation or security

To the extent permitted by law, Aspo Recruitment Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of opportunity, revenue, data, or reputation, arising from your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
13. Changes to the Services or Terms
Things may change as Aspo grows.
We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to inform users.
14. Governing Law
UK law applies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
